Surface treatment
Surface treatments such as Geomet, Molykote, Xylan and others are used to protect steel from weathering (corrosion). The process consists of rigorous preparation of the surface to receive a layer of coating. Our products are high-tech, environmentally friendly and can be applied to various types of parts.

Surface treatment is a process that includes a wide variety of techniques and improves wear resistance without altering the inside of the parts. It is suitable for protecting fasteners such as screws, nuts, washers, clips, springs, light stampings, special items and other elements. The treatments can be applied to steel, cast iron, synthesized metals and other metals that suffer from corrosion. Geomet®
Molykote®
Dry molybdenum disulphide-based lubricant with high lubricating power, helping to eliminate noise and increase the useful life of components that suffer from friction.
Xylan®
A PTFE - Polytetrafluoroethylene - based product that combines several mechanical and chemical characteristics, including an extremely low coefficient of friction and a non-stick surface. It is inert to other chemical substances, except under special conditions.

- Magni®: is an aqueous dispersion containing Zinc and Aluminum flakes and other specific chemical agents, specially formulated to protect Iron (steel), Aluminum, Zinc and their alloy substrates.
- Colorkote®: Available in blue, yellow, green, red and black
- Protek® and Anticorit®: Oil emulsion applied to metal parts for anti-corrosion protection and friction coefficient control.
