Surface treatment is a process that includes a wide variety of techniques and improves wear resistance without altering the inside of the parts. It is suitable for protecting fasteners such as screws, nuts, washers, clips, springs, light stampings, special items and other elements. The treatments can be applied to steel, cast iron, synthesized metals and other metals that suffer from corrosion. Geomet®
É uma evolução da tecnologia Dacromet®The process consists of rigorously preparing the surface to receive a layer of Organometallic coating made up of Zinc and Aluminum flakes. Our product is high-tech, environmentally friendly, solvent-free and free of hexavalent chromium.
Molykote®
Dry molybdenum disulphide-based lubricant with high lubricating power, helping to eliminate noise and increase the useful life of components that suffer from friction.
Xylan®
A PTFE - Polytetrafluoroethylene - based product that combines several mechanical and chemical characteristics, including an extremely low coefficient of friction and a non-stick surface. It is inert to other chemical substances, except under special conditions.
